My name is Dr. Omar Talaat Al-Tarawneh born in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan – Amman in 1972 ,  from the historic city of Karak is located in the south of the Kingdom, holds a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan in the administration & Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior , and has worked over the past 20 years in the areas  of Consulting , Training Human Resource Development and Restructuring Projects and EFQM ,  H.R.Consultant to the private sector and the public locally and internationally.

Certified from more than 75 consulting and training organizations  locally and internationally,,,  Certified Expert , Coach &   Trainer   in EFQM fields ,  human resource development , Management , institutions capacity building  fields in the private and public sectors from  UK institutions , EFQM Foundation .

Where there has more than 19000 hours of training , Coaching and an average of more than 1200 specialized training program and  trained more than 15000 employees  and director of locally and internationally ,  more than 70,000 hours  Consulting , In addition to the implementation of the Consultancies specializing in Restructuring , Human Resources Management . and management fields .
